1. Scope of Services
We are provide professional graphic design services, including but not limited to:
Logo design
Branding and identity design
Social media graphics
Posters, flyers, brochures
Web banners and ad creatives
Custom illustrations
Print-ready designs
All services will be delivered based on the package selected and the requirements submitted by the client.
2. Project Requirements
To begin work, clients must provide:
Clear project brief or instructions
Required text, images, logos, and brand guidelines
Size specifications and preferred formats
Deadline or expected delivery timeframe
Incomplete instructions may delay delivery.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are set based on design complexity and delivery time.
Payment must be made in full before project commencement (unless otherwise agreed).
Additional revisions, extra concepts, or rush delivery may require additional charges.
4. Revisions Policy
Each package includes a specific number of revisions.
Revisions are meant for small adjustments; major redesigns count as a new order.
Extra revisions will incur additional fees.
5. Delivery & File Formats
Final files are delivered in the formats requested by the client, commonly:
PNG, JPG
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG)
Print-ready files if needed
Delivery time depends on package, complexity, and communication responsiveness.
6. Ownership & Copyright
After full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the final approved design.
Original source files (AI, PSD, EPS) are included only if specified in the selected package.
Drafts, unused concepts, and working files remain the designer’s property unless purchased separately.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
No work has started
The designer has failed to meet the agreed delivery time
A mutual agreement between both parties
Refunds are not issued if:
The client changes their mind after work has started
The client provides unclear instructions that cause delays
The order is completed and delivered
8. Communication
All communication should remain on the agreed platform (email, chat, or marketplace inbox).
Clients must respond promptly to avoid delivery delays.
9. Use of Work for Portfolio
We may display completed works in our portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality before starting the project.
10. Prohibited Requests
I do not create designs related to:
Hate speech
Illegal activities
Violence or harmful content
Copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission
